Red Ginseng Essence Mask Sheet by Natureby

Hey guys!! Today I’m doing a sheet mask with ginseng in it. I have done one before, but that was a while ago. I got the mask I am doing to day when I went to H Mart the first time back in the spring [see Insta post]. H Mart is a store that sells a variety of Asian produce and other food. They also have beauty products there. They had a very wide selection of Korean beauty products and I was impressed. Anyway, this mask as stated before has ginseng in it. This mask is to firm and moisturize the skin. It should stay on anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. Let’s get to the good stuff!

Prior to applying the mask, I washed my face with my favorite, Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser, using my Conair powered facial cleansing brush. I let my face air dry before application. The mask pack was easy to open and the sheet was easy to unfold and apply. The mask felt cold on and my face felt a bit tingly at first. I kept the mask on for 25 minutes. I removed the mask and gently massaged in the remaining essence on my face. After letting my skin air dry a bit, I sprayed on my rose water I use as toner, massaged my face using my jade roller, and applied Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer. My skin felt nice and soft after, I really noticed the affect of the mask once I toned and moisturized. My skin not only feels soft, but hydrated and refreshed.

My skin certainly feels refreshed and I am pleased with the results of the mask. I also enjoyed the experience doing it. This mask is great if you want to give your skin a moisturizing refresh! If you would like to learn more about masking, there is a handy guide here on the blog [click here to see guide]. You can catch The Up Side on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, and Pinterest. Thanks for reading, now go ahead and treat yourself to a mask.
